PEBRO – EUROSTATIC is PEBRO’s new, autonomous Business Sector in the field of electrostatic coatings and surface treatment of metal products.

EUROSTATIC continues the tradition of the company Mokos Ioannis & Sia E.E., which has been providing quality electrostatic coating services since 1973.

As of July 1, 2025, the equipment and specialized personnel of EUROSTATIC were integrated into the PEBRO family as an autonomous business unit, with the aim of:

• Upgrading the level of service
• Strengthening production capacity
• Ensuring consistent quality in every project

Decades of know-how are now combined with the organizational structure and infrastructure of PEBRO.

Our Services

1. Sandblasting & Mechanical Surface Preparation

Cleaning and removal of old paints, rust, and pollutants through sandblasting, where required, to achieve excellent adhesion of the final coating and improved durability over time.

2. Chemical Surface Preparation

Pre-treatment is a critical stage for the final result.

The process includes:

• Degreasing
• Chemical cleaning
• Phosphating
• Surface protection

We apply modern chemical processes that ensure maximum adhesion of the paint to sheet metal and metal substrates.

3. Electrostatic Coating (Powder Coating)

Electrostatic coating is the optimal and most recommended method for:

• Perfectly uniform surface
• High resistance to wear & corrosion
• Long-term aesthetic stability

The application is done:

• With robotic guns for consistent and repeatable quality
• Or manually, when the object requires specialized handling

Polymerization is carried out at temperatures of 160–200°C, according to the paint manufacturer’s specifications.

Capacity to coat long objects up to 6 meters.

Quality Control

The coating is a decisive stage in the final appearance and durability of a product. PEBRO – EUROSTATIC serves businesses exclusively (B2B) and does not undertake coating on raw aluminum (only pre-anodized). It applies strict quality control at all stages: Receiving and surface inspection, Pre-treatment inspection, Coating application inspection, Final finish inspection.

Our goal is for the coating to highlight the quality of the construction and not merely to cover it.
