LASER CUTTING

The company is equipped with the Bystronic Laser cutting machine.

The accuracy in cutting, the flexibility, since different objects can be cut on the same sheet of material, the minimal thermal stress on the object, and the quality of cutting have made the Laser cutting method very popular.

The materials that can be cut with Laser include metal sheets in all forms, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, plexiglass cardboard etc. that can also be punched or engraved by the Laser machine.

ROUND & SQUARE TUBE CUTTING

The company has all the conventional tools and automatic cutting wheel saw (feed and cutting) for round or rectangular tubes, which ensures accuracy, speed and economy.

PEBRO is equipped with 3 different punching machines, 2 of FINN-POWER and 1 of TRUMPH, with self-loading system and a full range of cutting and forming tools.

PEBRO expert designers using fully updated design software can make any type of punching possible in order to offer the optimal construction solution.

The press brake machines used for sheet metal forming are electronically controlled ensuring precision and quality while minimizing the time required to reproduce an object after its initial mass production.

The company has the ability to implement any kind of bending configuration maintaining a full range of forming tools.

The company’s engineers with the use of specialized computer programs will design and calculate accurately the bending details so that the customer will only need to provide the final dimensions of the item.

Being active in the construction of display stands, we are equipped with the appropriate machines for wire forming and welding, as in many cases wire baskets are the best solution for the display and exhibition of certain products.

The experienced and qualified welders of PEBRO carry out all types of welding operations choosing the most suitable type for each given situation.

The welding department is equipped with robot welding machine, a series of simple arc welding and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) machines as well as with spot welding units.

Full Vertical Integration
As part of its strategy for vertical integration of its services, PEBRO has included in its organizational chart a specialized electrostatic paint unit as an autonomous Business Sector.

With the operation of a privately owned dyeing shop, the company ensures complete control over the final processing phase of metal products, reducing delivery times, eliminating dependencies on third parties and maintaining absolute consistency in quality.

Electrostatic painting is the optimal method of surface protection and aesthetic upgrading of aluminum products, offering:

• Uniform and perfect finish
• High resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress
• Long-term color and surface stability

The process includes modern chemical pretreatment (degreasing, cleaning, phosphating and complete substrate preparation) to ensure maximum adhesion and protection. The application of the dye is carried out with high-precision robotic equipment or manually, where specialized handling is required, while the polymerization is done at controlled temperatures of 160-200°C according to the technical specifications. With the use of the leading Durst Rho P10 160 digital printing machine, which can print on almost any material, the company has the ability to build complete prototypes in every detail, even for the printed parts, in order to present to the customer how the mass production final product will look like.

In almost every case the last stage of the sheet metal processing activity is the assembly of the product from the parts it consists of.
